Cardio or weight lifting?
I'm not like huge or anything! I'm 5'7 and exactly 160lbs. I have a bit of a tummy but I just wanna tone up and lose some tummy fat and have a nice toned stomach and a nicer booty than what I already have. My workout routine now, I do cardio for 30 minutes and the rest is weight lifting but I kinda hate cardio and am wondering if I'll still lose the weight by cutting out cardio and just doing weight lifting and stuff like that!!
