Endometriosis Help!

My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year after we had a chemical pregnancy in April 2016. I am pretty sure the reason we are having so much trouble with TTC is because I am 95% sure I have endometriosis. I literally have EVERY symptom listed below and have for at LEAST 3 years. Some of these symptoms I've had for about 8-9 years and I'm only 20 (almost 21). I have SEVERE pain off and on up by my cervix/lower pelvis so bad it feels like someone has a knife inside me, and sometimes it makes my cervix hurt when my husband and I are being intimate. I do have regular 28-32 day long cycles, but they have always been EXTREMELY heavy ever since my first period when I was only 10. It's nothing for me to pass garter to goofball sized blood clots thought the whole 7 days of my period, and yes mine are HEAVY and always last 6-7 days (usually 7). And when AF is about to come I always get nauseous and the feeling like my abdomen is hard like a ball, AND I've been to the emergency room more than once for not just constipated but I chronically get so constipated that I get blockages. I do have cramps but they're not bad, but I do get EXTREMELY bloated for about a week before AF shows. And as I already stated above we have been having problems with TTC. I don't currently have insurance, so what should I do? Any and all advice is welcome!
