Do I have BV?

I've been with my boyfriend since February. He's been my only sexual partner since then and it hurts almost every time, the times that it does hurt i start smelling fishy a couple days later and I get a yellow discharge. It lasts for a week and then it goes away completely but once we have sex again the whole cycle starts all over :( I don't get the bad fishy smell when it doesn't hurt. Maybe the smell has something to do with the irritation? I also have slight itching for a few days but nothing that bothers me. I had sex with him on Saturday and during sex I stopped for a pee break and when I wiped there was blood, like fresh blood and i had to wipe like several times before I stopped seeing blood but it looked like I was bleeding from the outside. He's pretty big and he's rough, I tell him a lot that he goes too rough and he needs to go slow and he listens for like the first minute but then he goes rough again 😑 we've been tested and we're both clean but I don't think ive ever been tested for bv and I never asked to get checked for it. Should I? We have sex every Saturday. Sometimes (rarely) we skip a week and don't have sex until two weeks later
