please help

so i do believe i had anal for the first time august 5th it wasn't very long and then august 8th i had anal the second time which was a lot more rough and a lot longer and the first time i was able to poop a day or so later and after my second time i've not been able to poop and it's august 16th. the anal itself did not hurt but trying to poop hurts so bad and makes me want to cry my stomach hurts from not being able to poop and when and if i do poop it's so tiny like half of a pinky finger ... is there anything i can do myself to poop . i'm getting extremely worried ..... thanks in advance !
