Am I pregnant or do I wait like the Obygn told me too?

I am 34 married , and we have been trying for two years .. we went away to London . Stress free. Lots of healthy food and exercising and making love . I come home I get my blood work done for the fertility specialist and he says a normal level of progesterone is 7 percent and below that is not fertile , you are 25 ! Either your pregnant or really fertile which I've never seen before so when you don't get your period I won't be surprised and make an ultrasound appointment but if you aren't I want to do another test .. my period is supposed to come next Thursday , omg I'm so in disbelief and wanting the baby dust at the same time
