6dpo and cramping (previous ectopic)

Jess • Ectopic pregnancy at 25. Now 30 and due June 2018💕

I had an ectopic in my right Fallopian tube 4 years ago, diagnosed at 7 weeks due to that fact I had started spotting. I had a shot of methotrexate and was able to keep my tube. Of course, now we don't know what shape my tubes are in without surgery and my doc won't do that unless I have another ectopic. We haven't actively tried since my ectopic 4 years ago, so this is our first month ttc. I am currently 5-7 dpo, and I believe I ovulated around Thursday, August 10th according to my cm and ovulation pain. I've never been diagnosed with endo but I can't help but wonder if I have it. I've always had painful periods for the first 1-2 days, although my cycles have been relatively normal (27-31 days on average). However, I recently started seeing a chiropractor a few months ago and have since had less painful periods.

So, I'm in the 2ww and driving myself crazy with symptom spotting. I've been cramping off and on since ovulation, first it was a dull ache on my right side and has since spread to my left as well. I've been having intermittent low down cramping as of last night as well and have not been feeling the greatest overall. Has this been a sign for anyone before they got their bfp?

I know this is long winded but just looking to hear your thoughts/experiences. AF is due around the 24th-26th. I know it's only our first month trying but I am so anxious and praying that if I did conceive this month, my little bean made it to the right spot.
