Leave after birth
Hey everyone! So the situation is, I work for a small company, therefore there is no FMLA. There was no option to get short or long term disability through my job. I'm due in August and I will have about 45 hours of PTO. Is there anything I can do to get more assistance/leave? I'm new to these situations and I feel so lost. My husband just changed jobs so he won't qualify for FMLA either even though his company is bigger. I worry about time to heal, finances, and being able to see my baby. I won't even have a supply pumped before I have to go back. 😕
