I have a tattoo and I'm not sure how to tell my parents about it. I'm really scared of there reaction, how do I tell them?

1. That's a beautiful tattoo. Absolutely gorgeous. 
2. Obviously it's permanent so its not like them not liking it will change anything. 
3. If you are over the age of 18 it's nots their choice. 
If it was me I would just walk around with it showing and see how long it takes them to notice. Then I'd joke about it. My mom would be disappointed but she can't stop me from doing what I want. And they cant change the fact that you already got it.

Well I got my first at fifteen, and they still haven't noticed... maybe they'll be the same?? I'm eighteen now.

It looks like it's by your ass so just don't say anything. When would they see it? I have a tattoo on my ass cheek and my parents don't know about it. Not that it would matter, I have tattoos everywhere but they don't know about my butt cheek. Lmao😂

I can't relate to this cause I got 2 tattoos when I was 16 and my parents took me to get them and admitted they couldn't get mad because my dad got his first at 15 and my mom at 16. I would wait till you're 18 if you already aren't. And just be blunt about it. or just wait till they notice??

I got my first tattoos at 16, my mom flipped. She's been sooooo upset and disappointed, stopped talking to me for weeks at a time with every tattoo. I'll be 30 in October and my mom still HATES my tattoos. I have 18 of them. She doesn't really say anything anymore but she still hates them. I don't think it matters how old I am or the fact that I'm a mom myself now. Personally I never tell her. If she sees them she sees them and if she doesn't then score. By the way I LOVE YOURS! It's gorgeous
