Im motivated! Taking any advice!
Lastnight after looking in the mirror for a good bit I have decided to finally do something about my body. Today I downloaded two apps, my fitness pal to track my calories and 8 fit for workout plans. Tomorrow when I get my paycheck Im going to the store and buying fresh fruits, vegtables, whole grain and whole wheat everything, etc. and Im going to meal prep for the week. Please feel free to share your favorite healthy meals (include ingredients, cook time, calories, etc.) and your favorite workouts (include amt of calories burned) and any tips you have that helped you in your weight loss journey. I have to keep my calorie intake under 1200 a day and plan to workout 5 days a week. Im hoping to lose 16 pounds in the next 3 months atleast!!!
