Any advice?

These are my fur babies. Aris is my big baby girl and laying on her arm is Atlas, my new little man. He's my first puppy, I got Aris when she was four so I'm really new to potty training. I was hoping that having Aris would help by being somewhat of an example when it came to potty time, but not so much. When Atlas potties inside I show him, tell him "no" and then we all go outside (I have a one year old son too) and I try to stay out there until he does something so I can tell him "good boy" and give him his treat, but so far he's not interested, he just sunbathes. Any tips that might help?
