When did you gain weight?

I'm 12w1d and I haven't gained any weight yet(even though I look like I have!). I'm a little concerned. I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough. Does the weight start later on?

I had only gained 3 pounds at 12 weeks...I've slowly gained with a decent jump starting around 18 weeks. I'm currently 22 weeks and have gained 9 in total so far.

I started gaining weight before I even found out I was pregnant. I'm currently 30 weeks and 3 days and I've gained at least 40 some odd pounds. It's been steadily packing on through my whole pregnancy :(
