Help me please!

Ok so I've been taking these other prenatal vitamins but I ran out until tmw or later today! Now the first time I went to get an ultrasound at an independent clinic they gave me these vitamins idk which to take if to take them at the same time. I did take them the other day but a couple a minutes later I felt nauseated and I threw up! Idk if it was because I took both at the same time or its just the pills overall! Please help thanks!
