I'm so confused with my body you guys

Confused on how n what my body is doing these days. .I had my period the 11th thru 14th of this mth n now I'm bleeding like when I wipe. . I had a MC last Sept 14th.. my Dr said get my weight down it was hormones so I did and no change and is bn 2/3 mths now please help has anyone bn thru this?????
