white discharge instead of period

my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> said I'm 2 days late on my period but I have been getting nothing but white discharge in my panties. I have cramps and I'm a bit bloated. I haven't had sex in about a month and we didn't use condoms but he did pull out. helppp!!!
