Best advice I can give, find out what works for you, then take that to the bedroom. if you've never had an O, you don't know what works for you. I would suggest trying a small vibrator to help out, if that works, they make toys designed to help out during sex. You need to find out what kind of stimulation works for you. Everyone is different. Personally, I get off on clitoral stimulation, so sex for me involves that.
Also, after a year, you should also have a conversation with your SO about exploring and trying new things that work for you. I had to teach my husband what works for me, because every woman is different.
