BBT during international travel

Hey ladies - I have to leave for a trip across several time zones for a week, leaving three days before AF is supposed to (hopefully doesn't!) arrive.

Anyone know how to track bbt during that time? I'll be 9 hours ahead and on the move quite a bit during planes and light sightseeing.

Also, these work trips tend to be a bit stressful but we are TTC for #1. Any impact the stress of travel and change should have? Or are we good now that I'm past O?
