What's going on?

Today would have been my 6th day to be late, but I woke up to bleeding and hella cramps so I figured AF just came late. I've tested negative twice on Wal-Mart cheapies and I was unsure on my Clearblue result. But now I'm questioning if it really was AF cause the bleeding has gone away. When I changed my first tampon, it was only half filled with pinkish blood, then I put a pad on and nothing since. Should I retest or just let it go? I am normally very regular and NEVER late and I usually have a 3-4 day period. I'm still having BAD cramps, but no blood.. Anyone that takes the time to read and reply, thank you in advance ❤✨😊
