How do all of you (that do) leave your SO?
How do you work up the courage to do it..
I have been with mine for 4 years and he cheated on me.. I decided to give him another chance.. but he keeps making jokes about the other girl saying she had bigger boobs than me .. ect.. he even is using Instagram just to look up her everyday..
I can't take it anymore I want to leave him or him to leave me I don't care who leaves but I can't be with him anymore I just can't.. 
He obviously is either loves her or obsessed with her I don't know I don't care he can have that ... 
but I can't bring myself to leave.. I don't know why.. because I don't want to be with him anymore.. I'm. Not happy.. I think about leaving every day I plan it out.. but I can't... why am I so weak... how do you do it?

Honestly, the best way to do it is to pack up your things and leave. If you have friends or family that can help get you out of that situation, then use them. If you try to wait until you're ready to leave, you'll never leave. It's going to be extremely hard and life-changing but over time it will get easier and you just have to tough it out in the beginning.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. How scummy and distasteful can someone be? Bloody hell! You should be like, "yea I don't need to compare you with anyone else because you'll definitely be the worst I'll encounter in all respects." You should also follow up with gagging noises to really rub that point in. 
I'm glad you realize that this relationship needs to be over. You're not weak at all. But perhaps figuring the root of the reason why it's hard to leave will make things easier to come to terms with. Do you still love him? Just lingering attachments? Difficult situation? (living together, shared group of friends that you don't want to split apart, etc?) Afraid of his response? Whatever the case, it sounds like you just need it to be done. 
Perhaps not practical or mature, but it'll be pretty fun to get him to break up with you. Destroy his phone ("accidentally"...not angrily), install viruses on his computer...again accidentally, make his life hard the best way you know how (seeing as you've known him for 4 years, put that knowledge to use girl!). Drive him crazy and reclaim happiness and freedom from this shitty relationship.
Or just leave. Send him a text (he doesn't deserve a proper face to face–just isn't worth the time+effort on your part). Make it clear, but don't explain anything. If he has any questions, don't answer. If you can't resist, harness the powers of being a troll. Stop yourself from investing further into this relationship. Declutter his existence, clean cut really is best (delete+ block+ignore+throwaway reminders, etc.). 
You should definitely keep in mind that you are strong, worthy and much deserving of someone kind and awesome in all the right ways.

It's hard. It's so hard. One of the main reasons for not leaving is your self esteem has been floored and stomped on...over and over again. 
You need to realize your self worth  You're better than this. It's so hard when you love someone to break the cycle and leave  But you have to. For you.

Don't think about it, just do it. At first it would look like the end of the world as you know it, but you'll feel relieved. With time everything will be better, your life will be better. 
That man doesn't respect you. He doesn't deserve you. So pack your things and don't look back, go to someplace safe for you. You need to heal far away from him. Delete his number and block him.
