So If you get a positive opk do you count from that day to count your DPO days or do you count from 48 hrs after tht day?

Answer

The easiest way to know is by temping. A temp shift usually follow ovulation. So if you take Opks, watch your symptoms like CM/ovulation pain/etc., and temp you can basically get it down to the exact day.
