What can you and can not eat when breastfeeding ? My mom has been in my ass about what I can and cannot eat ! Because it will affect te baby I can't even eat watermelon ...... 😡

The lactation consultant at my office said to eat whatever I want. If I notice certain food have an adverse reaction then maybe lay off those.

Eat whatever you want, I'd only cut back if you notice a change in baby

There's no reason that you can't eat watermelon to my knowledge. I wouldn't recommend spicy foods. Spiced foods or anything that normally makes you gassy or upsets your stomach can cause your baby to have an upset or gassy stomach. I breastfed both of mine and ate pretty much what I wanted to.
