Has anyone gotten pregnant when the guy didn't cum?

Just wondering. I know people have gotten pregnant with the pull out method, but i always figured that was an issue of timing. I had sex last night and we started without a condom for a few seconds and then he put one on, and then pulled out with the condom still on, took the condom off, and then came on me. So is it still possible to get pregnant even though it was only in a few seconds with no condom and I don't even know if there was any pre cum yet
