What the f is this???

I've been having the strangest problems lately. Random but extreme bouts of itchiness, a really strange period, and now this? On top of it all I've been mood swing-y and sick to my stomach and I've had a constant headache for weeks. Does anybody know what the

f this could be? I recently moved out of my abusive mothers home and have been working on getting my insurance set up but I've been having a hard time, and I can't afford any extra bills right now.
