Got my bfp in February at 5 weeks had my first ultrasound to rule out eptopic (because I've had one before) they said they would call if there was a problem my first doctors appointment was this week I am 9 weeks the doctor informs me that when the ultrasound was done they only saw a sac no pole/fetus (at 5 weeks) I am going back today for an ultrasound I've have not had morning sickness but I've been tired and sore breast cramping but no spotting ...  so really thought we were doing great super stressed for today hoping there's a baby in there !! Not sure what to think
