My glow cycle is wrong.. Can it be changed?

I am trying to conceive and we are trying to figure out our fertile window! But glow says it started this week so I took a opk and it was negative. I also use 2 other apps and they both say the same time. Is there a way for me to change this on glow because this is by far my favorite app that I have found to date!

Start logging all your data on the daily log.  Glow should adjust itself.

Just because your OPK today was negative, doesn't mean you aren't fertile. You could potentially ovulate on your last day of your fertile period. If you are not already, I would consider charting your temp and your cervical mucus as these are also signs of fertility and temp can confirm ovulation (a positive OPK only means you could ovulate in the next 24-48 hours) you should also test every day from the first day you test or you could miss your fertile window. I use Fertility Awareness Method for TTA and it has a lot of useful information for avoiding and conceiving and understanding your fertile and infertile periods.

OPK's will only be positive for 1-3 days during your fertility window.  Glow usually gives you a 7 day window, because it's actually reccommended to have sex prior to ovulation, which only lasts for 12-24 hours.  Since sperm can live for up to 5 days, you have a better chance of conceiving this way, then trying to have sex the moment you are ovulating.  
​I use both Glow's fertility window and OPK's... My SO and I try to have sex at least every other day during the window, but as many times we can when the OPK says positive.  Most OPK's determine you will be ovulating within the next 12-48 hours.
