Confused 🤷‍♀️

So here's my Glow Chart....

As you can see we have baby danced quite a lot this month TTC for our first without using opk's (I'm also well known of how inaccurate glow can be but I don't want to track everything, it takes the fun away!) A few days ago after going to the bathroom, I wiped and this has come out. Possible implantation!?

Fast forward to today, 10dpo. My boobs are sore, I've been getting cramps and feeling a bit sick so I decide to take a test. Does anyone see anything? I'm planning on testing again in a few days when AF is due.
