fertility diet??

Hi All, I have PCOS and endometriosis. I have just been for my first acupuncture appointment and the Dr recommended I change my diet completely, I am no way overweight btw. but she wants me to go gluten and diary free and also wants me to cut as much carbs out as possible. any experience on this pleaae??

Just eat well. Cutting carbs will also  contribute to cutting gluten. Unless you have a medical condition, cutting gluten and dairy is purely a choice, not necessarily more healthy.
Bread and rice are my kryptonite. I've cut back in carbs a lot and have lost weight/feel healthier.
Just look after yourself, make good food choices and you'll be great. Don't be too extreme though, you'll just feel bummed out!
