Good sign?
Some mild cramps yesterday 6 dpo. Sticky/creamy cm. My gums started hurting yesterday too and when I brushed my teeth this morning it hurt and I spat out blood. I usually get a luteal phase dip at 6-7 dpo but I didn't get it. Are these good signs?
