Not sure wth I should do!!!

Celeste

I'm 13 weeks and one day, I wonder if I should switch my OB? I was a mother of one she passed away on 3/6/17 just 3 months and 7 hours after she was born. She was literally the only recorded person in history to have her CHD condition (heart issues) she was my everything! I have the same OB as I did while pregnant with her, because of the fact that I was still getting treated by him. I had an infection in my c section and I was still trying to figure out what birth control would work for me. Well I found out that a maybe 6 years ago he got his license revoked but then got it reinstated. I heard it was due to not testing pregnancies for everything including glucose test, measurements of the bellies, and the most important one at 16 weeks. Well because of all of that and the fact that I did not know my daughter had a heart defect until 4 hours after she was born, I really want to look for another doctor but I'm kinda attached to the staff and him. They were there for everything the birth the funeral my midwives daughter was my daughters nurse while in the NICU and PICU I have a relationship outside of the doctors office with them, their kids and mine (I have a stepdaughter) play together, and we've been on trips together what should I do? I felt like he was and is a great doctor and so is my midwife. He tested me for everything and my daughters cardiologist and surgeons even told me that because it was the right side of her heart it would have been almost impossible to detect. On the other hand I'm so nervous and what if he missed it because he was being careless idk what to do and my husband just says "whatever you want" cause that's always helpful! Any suggestions?
