Yeah its not a bad smell. He eats healthy 2 oranges a day along with a apple and a banana lol... I have been trying to get pregnant. I got my IUD take  out in Nov 2016 after having it for 9yrs and I'm scared that I cant get pregnant or something. My doctor told me it would take 6 months and still nothing..

Semen does not smell it actually smell good

You will think this is crazy but I can sometimes smell it before he cums. For example, when I am giving head and he is about to cum. I can smell that smell then. 
Does he smoke or eat a not healthy diet? Does he drink more soda than water? All of that will affect the smell and taste if you are into that. 
Maybe offer him a bottle of water a little while before you guys start 😬
