health insurance for newborn

So I am currently under my dads military health insurance but when I turn 23 next year I won't be able to be on it anymore. I am also having my first baby this November and since my baby won't be under that health insurance I thought I might as well just find a health insurance for both of us including the father of my baby. I was wondering what the best most inexpensive/reasonable health care there is that I could look into? Any recommendations are appreciated 🙂
