Scared! STD or yeast infection.

I go to the doc tomorrow I'm 19 weeks pregnant. About a week ago I had what I thought was a yeast infection the doc told me to take monistat 3 I did and everything cleared up had sex 2 times after and now I have yellow lotion/thick discharge with no smell just itchy! I have a million thoughts running through my head. i was raped which he is aware of and that was a few months ago. Do you think i might be over reacting I just need some reassurance, cause I'm scared he will leave if it's an std cause what if he thinks I cheated.

***UPDATE***

Doc looked and said there's no yeast to a swab to send off & then leaves the room comes back and goes turns out there is some yeast left, but this has turned into something else...WTF! So now the waiting game for a week to see wtf is wrong with me. 😔 this is so stressful & gut wrenching, I just don't want it to hurt my baby!
