I really need help with my diva cup??

Hey I have a menstrual cup question. I really really need help, so if anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it.

I've been using the diva cup for 4 months now and I love it. I have a really low (like extremely low) cervix, and it just barely stays inside of me. I even cut off the stem.

But anyway, my problem is that I cannot.. for the life of me put it in while I'm on the toilet, standing up, etc. I can only put it in while I'm fully laying down.

I've tried using lubricant, and it only helps with initial discomfort if I'm pretty dry when I insert it.

I really don't want to have to buy a whole new cup... I don't know if this is because of my low cervix or what, but I cannot get it in if I'm not laying down. Help??
