What is your best fold?

This is my first cycle using the cup and I love the convience of it, but I'm having a hard time with my cup opening fully and sealing after insertion. No problem getting it up there but then it won't open all the way and I end up leaking! What are the best ways to fold your cup that you've found? I have the Duchess Cup in the small size. 24 yrs old. Not a virgin.

I just received my first one in the mail on Monday, and have been practicing putting it in and taking it out since then. (AF due in a few days, gotta be prepared lol)
The first few times I tried I just couldn't get it in and comfortable/thought I had the wrong size (Lunette model 2). 
I did some googling and came across an awesome suggestion: when you put it in, flip it so the smooth side of the cup is facing up towards your pubic bone, and the fold is facing down, toward your butt, if that makes sense. I do this and use the punch down fold for a smaller insertable size, and when the cup pops open (which it did easily every time after I flipped it over), it doesn't snap me or hurt. 
I got really discouraged when I first started practicing with it, and tried lots of different folds with no success. And even though the tip that helped me isn't a fold, it made it so that whichever fold I tried went in comfortably and popped open easy every time. I definitely recommend trying it out! 👍🏻

My favourite fold but with pictures this time!!
1. fold down into center

2. fold one side over the other

3. hold the fold by pushing down the widest part at the bottom

This fold opens very easily so it's important to make sure you have a good grip on the bottom so it doesn't pop open when it's not fully inserted yet!!

I use the origami fold and never have any issue opening and sealing :-) I've tried browsing images but it seems there are multiple folds that go by that name, so I'll try to explain it! 
1. Push down center into middle of the cup
2. Fold one of the "flaps" on the sides to the middle and hold down
3. Fold the left over flap over the other as far as possible and hold down.
4. By this time your cup wil have a conical shape that is very narrow at the top, but wide at the bottom. Press the bottom flat between your pointer finger and thumb; simultaniously creating a little extra fold at the bottom of the cup and using your thumb to keep the folds at the top down.

I have a question: when you try to remove it should it be hard? like, I tried mine today and I felt that I could remove it too easily almost like I'm removing a tampon. is it because I'm not inserting correctly?

After you put it in wiggle your hips around and jump and stuff. Just move around. Maybe try some keagles. That's what I do to get mine to open and seal
