Is this bad??

Today when I got home from work and shopping I bent over to put groceries away and when I bent over I got an awful pain in the area circled in the picture. It's also kind of on the side of my breast a little tiny bit. It's like a sharp shotting pain. Any ideas what it is? Should I be worried?

If it doesn't go away I'd be concerned. Maybe you strained a muscle there and didn't feel it until that moment. I've definitely done that before

there are lymph nodes there so you might be coming down with something. I also get sore there right before my period comes. If it lasts more than a few days you might want to get it checked out. Check for lumps, keeping in mind that the majority of breast lumps are non-cancerous and benign.
