paranoid

so I had foreplay basically with my boyfriend and we were about to have sex and his dick was rubbing up against me no clothes on and then I told him to stop so we did but I am a very paranoid person and one time I looked on the internet because I was curious and it said precum can get you pregnant and idk if he did that any advice?
