Light bleeding at 24 weeks

I had some light bleeding with my discharge a couple of days ago (only once) so I went to the doctor who prescribed me with progesterone injections, he said it was from the outside and not from baby but I should take them as prevention. I also have bacterial vaginiosis so he prescribed me with vaginal suppositories. Yesterday I took my first progesterone shot and then today when I wiped I found this.. could it be from either of the medications? Or should I go back to the doctor? In the morning there was no blood, but now in the afternoon there was. I can still feel baby kicking
