Wart removal while pregnant

This is so embarrassing so I'm posting anonymously. I have two warts on the bottom of my left foot. I have tried the Dr. scholl's freeze away OTC treatments before I found out I was pregnant but it didn't seem to work. I've also tried the duct tape removal method and it doesn't seem to be working either. I really would like to get them frozen off by a dermatologist but am wondering if it's safe?
