Still bleeding TMI

About two days ago, I posted that after having bad constipation, to where I literally could poop at all this past week, I finally did and when I did blood came out with it and was wondering what was wrong with me, that was two days ago.. Well today I went to poop just a few minutes ago and once again, blood came out with it. Should I be worried??? I've never been constipated like that before, plus I've never had a hemorrhoid so I don't know if that's what this could be or what??
