SCH and ongoing pain?

I was having a little spotting and cramping the past weekend and it held up for a few days. I also had a headache that would not go away. I went to the ER and discovered that I have a small SCH (subchorionic hemorrhage). They put me on rest orders and said I will be fine. I followed up with my OB/GYN a few days later but they aren't too concerned and kind of brushed me off when I told them I'm still in a good amount of pain. anyone else had the pain hold up? It's to the point where my whole pelvic area is sore but I don't want to go back in because they might brush me off again. just wondering if anyone has had this and turned out Ok? I'm taking Tylenol around the clock
