Low T husband?

Nikki

My husband has not been very good to his body. From his bad back to his not so great (and selective 🙄) hearing, he's in a lot worse shape than most 30 year olds should be.

That said, I'm wondering if it's even possible for someone his age to have low T. He's been seen by a therapist for depression, but he's pretty sure that's not the problem. He's been on some mild antidepressants, but they haven't done much.

He was diagnosed with sleep apnea about a year ago and while his CPAP machine has helped, he's always been tired.

I'm not sure how to even approach the subject, much less have him actually go get tested. I know it can be a sensitive subject, but I'm just not sure what else could be affecting him to this extent. He's just not himself.

How have any of you had this discussion? How would you even start?!
