Boyfriend breaking up with me

So, my boyfriend and I are both from the same state but after high school we reconnected and a couple years later we got together but we live in different states now. I just went back to visit and I visited my best guy friend who is aware that I have a boyfriend and he actually has 2 kids and a girlfriend so there was absolutely nothing going on. Anyway, my boyfriend got mad that I hung out with him. Then I hung out with my other guy friend which I didn't tell him about until last night because I knew he'd be mad and just ruin my trip. I wasn't going to tell him but I felt bad so I told him. He sent me a text last night how he is done and all that crap. I honestly do love him a lot like he's the best thing that's ever happened to me and I hate myself for doing this. What should I do 😩😩😩 I slept like shit last night and was nauseous and was crying
