ladies please help!!
ok i started taking an herbal supplement (fertilight) on Sunday, AF was supposed to start on Monday but she hasnt shown yet! took a pregnancy test this morning and it was a bfn. can herbal supplements throw off your cycle? im getting so frustrated because i want to start my next ttc cycle ( start the BD, etc) for September but i haven't even gotten a period yet. what do i do? my fertile days for each montg are typically the 2nd -8th of each month.
