Only going to sleep for mom

Hi mamas!

Right now, my daughter will only go to sleep for me. It's has just been easier for me to put her to sleep lately, and my husband is going to school so he usually utilizes that time for homework. But he's been wanting to try to do naps now and then, which is fine with me! But lately she just yells and screams until my husband is frustrated and upset, and I put her down. It's really hard on him and I wish I knew what to do to help. Is anyone else going through this? Any tips?
