I'm 38 weeks, have been 2 cm dilated and 60% effaced. Have been having very irregular baxton hicks.

I had three of those fuckers!! .. Nothing worked until the kid was good and ready.. However friends of mine have practically gone into labour right after.

yes even though the doctor did the sweep w/o my consent. because "too many were due at the same time as me". he did it at 38+1, contractions started at 38+3, had my son at 38+4.

didn't have a membrane sweep til after 40 weeks. it worked 1st time with my first son and it took 2 sweeps with my 2nd son.

As I was the same at 38 weeks and went to 40 weeks and overdue and induced in the end
