Is it normal for my husband to see his family three times a week? And sometimes prioritize spending time with them over me? We live really close. Like 10-15 minutes.

ok ill be  the one  to go against  basically everyone else who commented so far. its not  normal. i believe when married  your wife and  your home and your children  come 1st.  not anyone else. im either #1 or # none. Visit them,  sure. that many days? shit would never  get done. and chose them over  me? um no. im the WIFE. not some  bitch  hes fuckin. and i love his family and he loves mine. but we dont do that crap. Its us, the kids and then family

Does he go with or without you? If he always goes alone maybe ask if one of 2 of those times you go together so you feel more included? That could also build your relationship with them

I think it's pretty normal. 3 times a week is decent in my opinion. And I don't see why prioritizing his family SOMETIMES is a big deal. As long as he's not doing it while you guys have already made plans, or you're feeling unwell, or something along those lines.

Nope that would annoy me. When me and my husband first got together we fought a lot because we both worked full time on opposite shifts and the only time we got to see each other was weekends and his family was up his ass wanting to do stuff every weekend and he felt obligated to spend time with them and I did not agree

I go see my parents 3-5 days a week. We are very close so it's normal to me.

Depends on the relationship with his family. Some people go daily to see there families, especially living that close.
As far as his prioritizing them over you, that's a conversation you need to have with him so he can understand your feelings.
