I gave birth 3 weeks ago via c-section. yesterday I started getting shooting sharp pains from my belly button on down to my vagina. it's painful when I urinate or have a bowel movement. when I lay down, it hurts. When I press on my belly it hurts. I've been taking Tylenol (extra strength) bc I'm out of the meds they prescribed and have no refills. Tylenol is not working AT ALL! I've been coughing a lot. I don't know if I'm coming down with something, but everytime I cough, it hurts and everytime I take a deep breath. I've called the on call Dr. and they have not returned my call. has anyone else experienced this? what could it be? I'm really in pain. usually I try to tough out the pain and refrain from going to the ER, but this time this pain has me in tears.
