Bridesmaids dress as maternity dress?

So I'm in a wedding the beginning of October and I'll be 30 weeks. I plan on having maternity pictures a few weeks later. Would you use the same dress? I paid $180 for it and want to wear it more than once. This is the dress below, it's navy.

It depends if you want very formal pictures then yes, if you want your partner in the pics he will need to be formally dressed to match you or it will look strange. The dress and fabric are very 'evening' to me. If you're wanting more of a daytime flowy look then I'd pick something lighter weight fabric. You can totally wear this dress again for another formal event in the future.
