vagina smells

ok so this guy really wanted to go down on me but i told him no even tho i wanted it so badly. i went to the bathroom before and noticed that my vagina smelt kinda weird. i took a shower and everything before im just so frustrated like how can i make it smell better. i wash it with water and dove soap gently. it smells nice after i shower but then after like an hour the smell comes back.
