Why do i have pain after i hadn't had sex in a week

so i didn't have sex for a week and today i had a quicky and my boyfriend hit something and it was standing up and he was hitting from the back and he hit something and i hurt like a bitch and then i started having pain in my tummy. This pain is so painful i couldn't even breathe now im scared to have sex. this always happens after a while, he kinda went a bit fast but not to fast paste. Also i would get these pains when i lost my virginity i would throw up and become bloated and have sharp pains.
