Am I a bad mom????

So I sent my two year old with his father.... Because the situation I am in is not the best and I don't want my son to go through a struggle or see me struggle... But why Do I feel like such a bad mom for doing so... Am I a bad mother for sending him with his father until I am back on my feet?

If his father has a more stable and healthy environment then you are making a good choice. It's hard to make those decisions, but the fact that you did shows that you are selfless and care about your son a lot. Work on bettering yourself and your situation and go from there. Any mom that puts their child's well being, safety and feelings ahead of their own is a good mom in my book. Good luck love.

I did the same b thing cuz I was living in a shelter. I'm npt anymore but i am sleeping on the floor in a room. At least you didn't go get pregnant again like me. 😒😒
